Our Anhui Premium Matcha is a single-origin matcha crafted from shade-grown tea in Anhui, one of China’s great green tea provinces. The region’s misty hills and mineral-rich soils, paired with a long tradition of green tea making, are known for flavours that lean fresh and fragrant with a gentle chestnut-like warmth.

It is a versatile everyday matcha with a bright aroma, warm chestnut-like nuttiness, and a gentle malty comfort. Smooth and cohesive with no grassy bitterness, it is great with oat or almond milk and works well in lattes and recipes.

Use about 4 g of matcha (roughly 1 teaspoon). Add 40 mL of 80°C water, then whisk until smooth and lightly frothy. Add sweetener if desired, then top with steamed or cold milk of your choice.

Reseal immediately after each use and store in a cool, dry place. Consume within six months for optimal freshness.
