Shipping policy

At YUUNTEA, we ship directly from the source to preserve the character and integrity of our products.

Delivery Methods

Pu-erh tea cakes are dispatched from our Guangzhou Warehouse directly via China Post EMS. Delivery times generally range from 3–15 days.

Tea samples and loose-leaf teas are dispatched from our Perth Studio via Australia Post.

We currently ship to only to Australia

Please note that all shipments include end-to-end tracking. Any import duties, tariffs, or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order. If your order contains items from both our China and Australia locations (e.g. a tea cake and a sample), they will be shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment to keep you updated on their progress.

Loss or Damage

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@yuuntea.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you with a claim.
