Fire Horse Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: This giveaway is conducted by YUUNTEA Pty Ltd (“YUUNTEA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
2. Promotion Period: The giveaway commences at 6:30 PM AWST on 12 February 2026 and closes at 7:00 PM AWST on Sunday, 22 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
3. Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Participants must reside in one of the following countries to be eligible: Australia, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Vietnam. Employees of YUUNTEA and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
4. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway during the Promotion Period:
   1. Follow @yuuntea.au on Instagram
   2. Like the official giveaway post
   3. Tag two Instagram users in the comments
      1. Each comment tagging two different accounts counts as one entry.
      2. Additional entries are permitted by tagging two new accounts in separate comments.
   4. Optional bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @yuuntea.au.
   5. Entries must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines. 
5. Prize: One winner will receive: 2026 Year of the Fire Horse “Shen Ma” Raw Pu-erh tea cake (357g) Retail value: AUD $288 The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 24 hours of the closing time. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @yuuntea.au. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, YUUNTEA reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Shipping: Standard shipping is included to eligible countries listed above. YUUNTEA is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, delivery delays, or incorrect shipping details provided by the winner.
8. Privacy: By entering, participants agree that YUUNTEA may use their Instagram username for winner announcement purposes. Personal information collected for prize fulfilment will be used solely for shipping and will not be sold or shared.
9. General Conditions: YUUNTEA reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond our control arise. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
